Chosen by her peers, this honor recognizes a staff member who truly embodies DSF’s core values: Innovation, Integrity, Relationships, Learning, Leadership, and Equity.
Since joining DSF over three years ago as the Marketing and Communications Manager, Kimberley has brought her passion for community and storytelling to life. Whether she’s supporting staff through media call centers, conducting one-on-one interviews with DSF Scholars and Alumni, or connecting with partners at DSF events, Kimberley’s kind and welcoming energy shines throughout the organization.
Her impact extends far beyond the Marketing and Communications team. Kimberley is actively involved in DSF’s Parent and Family Engagement Committee, JEDI Committee, and Culture Engagement Committee, demonstrating her deep commitment to our mission in everything she does.
While her involvement consistently exceeds expectations, she carries it all with tremendous grace. Kimberley is a true example of what it means to be a Values Valedictorian at DSF. Join us in celebrating Kimberley and this well-deserved recognition! 👏

On March 6, DSF Scholars, Alumni, Corporate Partners, community members, and staff came together on the Auraria Campus to bring this year’s theme to life: Becoming Bold: Your Path & Your Power. Through industry networking, thoughtfully designed workshops led by inspiring DSF Alumni and staff, and a room filled with celebration and encouragement, Scholars and Alumni left feeling confident and ready to embrace courage, navigate challenges, and lead with purpose. 🌟
