Denver Scholarship Foundation (DSF) is an incredible place because of the heart, passion, talent, and perspectives each staff member brings to work every day. The collective commitment of the Denver community, each supporter and contributor, and DSF’s core values were vital in the process for DSF to receive this prestigious award. Top Workplaces is based on employee feedback results compared against benchmarks built on data from over 27 million employees at more than 70,000 organizations over the past 16 years. The feedback collected through workplace surveys measured several culture imperatives, including values, alignment of organizational direction, management and leadership, and employee connectivity, engagement, and appreciation.
