Student Support Programs
DSF wants every college student to successfully complete a college degree or certificate. Below are some helpful resources and programs that are available at CSU Pueblo.
- TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) – purpose is to increase the retention and graduation rates of low-income, first generation students and students with disabilities. This is accomplished by providing supportive services such as: academic action planning, tutoring, and monitoring of student academic progress.
- President’s Leadership Program – an academic leadership program at Colorado State University-Pueblo designed to develop multi-culturally competent transformational leaders, who will serve Colorado and the communities in which they live and work. PLP scholars work and learn in community, educational, and corporate settings to develop skills throughout their participation in the PLP program.
- Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) – The program focuses on first-generation college students and individuals from low-income families, although there is room to serve students that don’t fall under these specifications. EOC does not recruit for any college and provides assistance regardless of where you would like to attend.
