DSF wants you to succeed as you pursue your education, and in partnership with Colorado Mesa University DSF Scholars are provided with additional support on campus to help you be successful. DSF Scholars must meet certain Student Success Requirements to maintain scholarship eligibility.

Student Support Programs

DSF wants every college student to successfully complete a college degree or certificate. Below are some helpful resources and programs available at CMU.

  • TRIO Student Support Services – Through workshops, individualized attention and mentoring, TRIO staff assists students in achieving their academic, personal, financial and professional goals.
  • Tutorial Learning Center (TLC) – Provides FREE tutoring to CMU and WCCC students in a variety of subject areas. Peer tutors are available to support your learning and help you with your questions.

  • Career Services – Provides resources and guidance for students and alumni in their journey toward reaching their career goals.

  • Student Wellness Center – Colorado Mesa University Student Wellness Center’s goal is to provide quality, accessible medical and behavioral services. Medical, mental health, and behavioral services and prevention is provided for all CMU students and their minor dependents.

  • Educational Access Services (EAS) – Provides support for students with both permanent and temporary disabilities. This can include physical disabilities, chronic illness/health conditions, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and temporary disabilities.
