Shawn Neville is Chief Executive Officer and President of BOA® Technology Inc., creators of the BOA® Fit System, the global leader in transforming Fit and Performance in the Snowsports, Cycling, Athletic, Outdoor, and Workwear Industries. Shawn also serves on the Board of Directors of Primaloft®, Zildjian® Percussion, and Denver Scholarship Fund. He is also a former Board member and remains actively engaged with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
Shawn started his career at Procter & Gamble®, in Sales and Marketing, after graduating with honors from the University of Denver in 1984. He joined Visa® USA in 1992 where he served as Vice President, Retail and Direct Marketing Industry Group, leading Sales, Marketing, and Product Development for their $100+ billion in retail industry transaction volume.
Shawn joined Reebok® International initially in 1989 and rejoined them in 1994 and held many roles including President of Reebok North America. Shawn was recruited to Footaction USA in 1999 as CEO and President, where he successfully repositioned the company and brand. The company was named Trendsetter of the Year in the Athletic Industry in 2001 and 2002. In 2004, Shawn was recruited to lead Keds® Corporation as President, where he led the brand turnaround and was recognized as Marketer of the Year in the Footwear Industry in 2006. While there, he also led the successful acquisition of Saucony®.
In 2009 Shawn joined Avery Dennison® as the Global President of the $2 billion Retail Branding and Information Solutions group, the global leader in branding, packaging, labeling, and UHF RFID solutions for consumer goods and retail industries. Shawn led the successful turnaround of the business, establishing market leadership in UHF RFID, sustainable packaging and labeling solutions, and significantly improving financial and operating performance.
Shawn supports many environmental and community-based philanthropic organizations and remains an active supporter of both his alma maters, Iolani School and the University of Denver. Shawn was recognized as 9News Colorado Leader of the Year in 2025 and has received numerous awards for his business and community leadership. Shawn also enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passions in sports, music, and international travel. Shawn currently lives in Denver, Colorado.
