Saul Huerta

Born and raised in Denver, Saul was the first in his family to graduate from college, earning his degree from the University of Denver. DSF isn’t just a mission he supports, it’s part of his story. A graduate of Denver Center for International Studies High School, Saul was among the early students DSF helped, support that shaped his college journey and his belief in what’s possible. Today, Saul serves as DSF’s Controller, managing the day-to-day accounting operations to help ensure the organization’s finances effectively support its mission and students. He brings more than a decade of experience in accounting, including his role as Partner and Chief Accounting Officer at the Greenhouse Family of Companies. At home, Saul is blessed (and kept busy) by his two young boys, who never turn down a good wrestling match.
