Rosaisela (Ro-sy-sell-ah) is a first-generation college graduate and Chicana with a deep passion for college access and success. She obtained her B.A. in Human Development from MSU Denver in 2020. Rosaisela grew up in Westwood Denver and Two Creeks Lakewood which led to her passions in community, human rights advocacy, mental health, and the creative arts. Her experience as a mentor, tutor, student ambassador, and youth advocate has shaped her into providing wholehearted professional support to underrepresented students in their college journey as an admissions counselor at MSU Denver.Â
Outside of work, Rosaisela enjoys music, dancing, movies or TV shows, trying new food and coffee shops, nature walks, spending time with her dog, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family. This will be her 2nd year with the Alumni Advisory Committee and she is excited to continue supporting DSF’s mission and making new connections!
