Patricia Whitehouse, M.A., SPHR

Senior Director of People and Culture

Patricia Whitehouse, M.A., SPHR,  serves as the Senior Director of People and Culture for Denver Scholarship Foundation (DSF). Ms. Whitehouse is a Senior HR Professional, with both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management and HRIC.  She is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School in Denver Public Schools. She has a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Denver (DU) and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado. Ms. Whitehouse’s master’s thesis, “Bullies and Victims from the Playground to the Board Room,” received a Best Thesis Award from the DU Conflict Resolution Institute. She attended Bryn Mawr Summer Leadership Institute, American Management Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership, LDP. Ms. Whitehouse has over 20 years of experience in human resources, working with large corporations, small businesses, and nonprofits. She has a passion for education and community service.  She serves on the DU Advisory Board for Conflict Resolution and is a Volunteer Community Mediator.  She is honored to be working with the extraordinary staff and leadership of DSF.
