Michele Lopez

Michele hails from North Denver/Arvada as a proud Colorado Native. She is honored to serve and give back to her home community with college access and inclusion. Michele graduated as a first-generation college student with a Bachelor of Social Work degree at Colorado State University. She continued her social justice endeavors with Colorado State University while working for the TRIO program and the Educational Opportunity Center for about five years. Michele is ecstatic to be back in TRIO Talent Search with Denver Scholarship Foundation at North High School after a long-term backpacking trip in Central America. In her off-time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and coffee.
