Jason J. Clark is a transformative leader with a proven track record of championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy. As a fortune 500 executive, he drives equity in talent, client experience, thought leadership, and branding, and has worked in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Jason is known for his strategic thinking, collaborative approach, and passion for his community.
In 2021, Jason joined Charles Schwab as a Director of Diversity & Inclusion serving as a chief DEI consultant to the company’s leadership team. He partners with executives to translate corporate DEI goals into enterprise-specific action plans that drive the advancement of internal talent and cultivate inclusion.
Before joining Schwab, Jason was the Head of Diversity & University Relations at Empower. There, he established an internship program, oversaw a D&I executive steering committee, grew an employee resource group program, and garnered national recognition through various best-in-class distinctions like the Human Rights Campaign, Disability Equality Index, and Women in the Workplace.
Prior to joining the corporate sector, Jason held leadership at the University of Colorado Denver, College Track, and the Denver Scholarship Foundation.
Jason holds an MA from the University of Denver, a BA from Colorado College, and is an alumnus of the Latino Leadership Institute. His board service includes the YESS Institute, I Have a Dream Foundation, University of Colorado Denver Business School, The Attainment Network, and DSF’s Associate Board.
