Diana Madriz, M.A.

Assistant Director of College Access

Diana, the proud daughter of Mexican immigrant parents, was raised to believe in the transformative power of education. As a first-generation college student, her education opened doors not just for herself but also for her community. She earned her B.A. from Whitman College in 2011 and her M.A. from the University of Denver in 2015. Diana was introduced to the Denver Scholarship Foundation (DSF) while volunteering at the Bruce Randolph School Future Center and joined the team as a College Advisor in 2015. Now, as Assistant Director of College Access, she leads a team of advisors and is dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for students. At the heart of Diana’s leadership is a relentless drive to think outside the box, to refuse complacency, and to build collectively.
