Amodj was born in Ziguinchor, Senegal and immigrated to the United States in 2009 at the age of 14. Amodj earned her dual Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Women’s and Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She currently works as a Court Judicial Assistant/Deputy Clerk for Denver District Court. Amodj is dedicated and passionate about serving and giving back to the community, especially underrepresented and marginalized communities. In the future, she hopes to further her education by attending law school and becoming an attorney. In her spare time, Amodj enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, one being football/futbol aka soccer, and playing golf.
