Born in Kentucky and raised in Texas, Adrian has dedicated his career to supporting students and building strong educational communities. With over a decade of experience as a counselor, coach, and manager, he has served in roles at Denver Public Schools, the University of Texas at Dallas, and at the Denver Scholarship Foundation, where he has led advisement, professional development, and equity-driven initiatives. Adrian holds a B.A. in Psychology from Belmont Abbey College and an M.S. in School Counseling from the University of Memphis, along with advanced certifications in Diversity & Inclusion and Equitable Community Change from eCornell. A Boettcher Fellow and committed advocate for first-generation students, Adrian is passionate about strengthening systems that help young people succeed. When he’s not working, you can find him enjoying a good book, playing soccer, or spending time with his family.
