Apply for the DSF Scholarship

The DSF Scholarship Application for the 2022-23 academic year is now closed. The application for 2023-24 will open in February 2023.

DSF offers need-based scholarships to qualifying graduates of Denver Public Schools. The scholarship can be used at DSF's College Partners in Colorado, including technical, community, and four-year colleges and universities. Students must enroll full-time. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years depending on the type of college you attend. Scroll down to learn more about who's eligible for the scholarship.

If you've submitted a 2022-23 DSF Scholarship application and need to update your college selection, visit portal.denverscholarship.org. The deadline to update your final college selection for the 2022-23 academic year is July 15, 2022. Be sure to read all DSF emails & complete your DSF requirements by July 15.

If you did not submit a DSF application by May 1, applications are no longer being accepted. Check back in early February 2023 for the 2023-24 DSF Application.

The college selected in your DSF Student Portal account as of July 15 is the college where you will be considered for a scholarship award for the entire 2022-23 academic year. If you will not be attending the college DSF has on file as of July 15, you will not be eligible for the DSF Scholarship for the upcoming year.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the DSF Scholarship, you must meet the following initial requirements:
