DSF Staff at the Scholar Summit 2026

Denver Scholarship Foundation Named a 2026 Denver Post Top Workplace for the 7th Time

Jun 12, 2026

Denver Scholarship Foundation (DSF) has once again been named one of The Denver Post’s Top Workplaces in Denver for 2026! DSF has received this honor for the seventh time—an achievement made even more meaningful by the fact that it comes directly from the voices of our incredible staff.

DSF stood out by ranking in the top 25% among Denver Top Workplaces for strong values, innovation, leadership, cross-team cooperation, and organizational direction.

At DSF, we believe that how we serve is just as important as who we serve. DSF’s culture is built on connection, trust, and a shared commitment to equity and educational opportunities. Whether supporting a first-generation college student through their scholarship application or collaborating across teams to improve our programs, every team member brings purpose and passion to the work we do to serve Denver families.

That’s why this recognition means so much. It’s not about perks or prestige—it’s about people. It’s about our team that shows up for each other and for our community every day. It’s about shared values that go beyond the walls of our office and into our DSF Future Centers across 15 DPS High Schools and throughout our 30 College Partners in Colorado and, of course, into the future of thousands of Denver students and families.

“Our staff are the heartbeat of DSF,” said DSF’s CEO, Lorii Rabinowitz. “They lead with integrity, innovate with courage, and build relationships grounded in trust and belonging. To be honored as a Top Workplace based on their feedback is humbling, energizing, and grounded in the reality of the work still before us. With a team this strong and culture this deeply rooted, we are confident in our ability to continue making a meaningful impact, together.”

The Denver Post’s Top Workplaces awards are based entirely on employee surveys measuring organizational health, leadership, purpose, and culture. Being recognized seven times reflects a consistent environment where our colleagues feel seen, supported, and valued to make a difference in our Denver community.

DSF’s mission is to help make college possible for Denver students, and it starts with a strong internal foundation. When our teams thrive, our students, DSF Scholars, Alumni, and families do too. Together, we are building a future where every Denver Public Schools (DPS) student has access to the tools, resources, and relationships they need to pursue their educational goals and where the people doing that work feel proud, valued, and connected. We’re not just building a better workplace. We’re building a better Denver alongside the incredible partners with whom we work. Thank you for investing your time, resources, and talents in the students we serve, the leaders of our community, and the future of Denver. We celebrate you together!
