We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to lead, implement, manage, evaluate and enhance all student service programs, supervise program management staff, and work with partner organizations to meet strategic goals and objectives. Candidates must be supportive and inspirational leaders with top-notch, proven organizational management, communication and team building skills. Candidates should also be flexible, able to thrive in highly diverse work environments, energetic, strategic, and proven team builders with exceptional leadership skills, strong understanding of operational processes, and professional experiences that demonstrate a strong commitment to DSF’s mission.

Assist with various projects throughout the Scholarship Department to support the Scholarship application, processing, and payment cycles.
College Success Interns
Work as an integral part of the Retention Team to assist in the development and implementation of ongoing improvements to DSF’s college retention program, with specific attention to one of the following three areas:
- Transition to College Workshops,
- Scholar outreach and communications, or
- Research and data.
Assist with a variety of communications and marketing activities for DSF including social media, collateral development and event promotion.
Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of data in ongoing evaluation projects.

College Access Interns
To assist the DSF College Access Services team in its programming and services, along with partnerships with DPS, college access programs and colleges, to ensure that DPS seniors will have the academic, financial and social support to enroll in college.
Volunteer & Alumni Relations Interns
Assist with critical components of program management, event planning, and communications in the Volunteer & Alumni Relations department.
Assist with a variety of fundraising and special event activities for DSF, including donor research, donor cultivation and event planning and promotion.
