Documents (such as proof of FAFSA or lawful presence) or forms may be uploaded and submitted to DSF at www.denverscholarship.org/contactus.

College Choice Form
If you submitted a 2017-18 DSF scholarship application and need to update your college selection, visit portal.denverscholarship.org and click “Update College Choice”.
The deadline to update your final college selection for the 2017-18 academic year is July 15, 2017.

If your contact information has changed (email address, mailing address, or phone number), visit the DSF Student Portal (portal.denverscholarship.org or click the button below) to update your contact information.
DSF expects students to meet all requirements detailed in the DSF Scholarship Program Policy. However, we understand that sometimes students face situations that are beyond their control and need some flexibility in order to deal with those situations. Appeals to request exceptions to the scholarship policy will only be considered in cases of truly exceptional personal or family circumstances.
DSF will review and consider appeals based on the following extenuating circumstances:
- Death in your immediate family
- Medical illness or injury (personal/immediate family)
- Other special circumstances beyond the student’s control
Time management issues, poor decision-making, forgetting about a deadline, or human error are not sufficient grounds for an appeal.

- College Academic Requirements
- Eligible Colleges
- Scholarship Amount
- Length of Eligibility
- Graduate School
- Full-Time Enrollment Exceptions (other than those listed on the DSF Part-Time Enrollment form)
You must continue to meet any remaining DSF requirements while your appeal is being reviewed. If your appeal is approved and a requirement is not met, you may lose your scholarship for the entire academic year.
If you believe that your situation may fall within the types of extenuating circumstances described here, contact a member of the DSF Scholarship team to discuss the situation which caused you to miss a DSF deadline or requirement.
You are encouraged to work with your Future Center Advisor, Campus Contact, Colorado Challenge Counselor, or other student support professional on campus for help with contacting DSF.
After DSF staff has considered your situation, we will inform you if you should submit an appeal for committee review. If the staff member determines that the situation should be reviewed by the committee, a DSF appeal form and instructions will be provided to the student and/or advisor.
June 30 for appeals regarding the application process
September 1 for appeals regardding fall term scholarship award status
February 1 for appeals regarding winter or spring term scholarship award status
