The Denver Scholarship Foundation works collaboratively with its college partners to ensure the success and completion of thousands of scholars across the state. This page will serve as a resource for primary contacts at each partner college who provide direct as well as indirect support to DSF Scholars on their campus. We appreciate all of the guidance you provide to DSF Scholars at your campus and hope this resource page assists you in doing the great work you do every day for DSF students at your campus.

Campus Contacts

Campus Contacts serve as the main college point of contact and support DSF Scholars’ success. They keep accurate accounts of Student Success Requirement (SSR) completion and track that information using the DSF Partner Portal (or occasionally in spreadsheets exchanged with the DSF College Success Contact).  Additional data exchanges may occur throughout the academic year for which Campus Contacts may be responsible, such as projected graduates and developmental education course completion. At a minimum, the responsibilities of the campus contact will be as follows:

  • The campus contact will refer DSF Scholars to appropriate support programs and track their participation.
  • Within 30 days of matriculation, the campus contact will meet with new DSF Scholars, helping to place them in campus programs aimed at encouraging their academic and social engagement in campus life.
  • Returning DSF Scholars must check in with the campus contact within 60 days of matriculation.
  • The campus contact must provide verification of required check-in (i.e., 30-day and 60 day) to DSF data manager by November 15 for students entering in the fall semester and April 15 for students entering in the spring semester.

DSF Financial Aid Contact

DSF Financial Aid Contacts serve as the main college point of contact to verify scholarship payment eligibility each term. The DSF scholarship team will review the data to ensure it is complete, and will follow up with the DSF Financial Aid Contact if additional information is needed. Additional data exchanges may occur throughout the academic year for which Financial Aid Contacts may be responsible, such as financial aid packaging information.
