DSF wants you to succeed as you pursue your education, and in partnership with the Community College of Aurora DSF Scholars are provided with additional support on campus to help you be successful. DSF Scholars must meet certain Student Success Requirements to maintain scholarship eligibility.

Student Support Programs
The Community College of Aurora’s Student Success Center is committed to providing students with the support they need in order to reach their goals of graduating with their CCA degree and transferring to a 4-year institution to earn a bachelor’s degree. More information on programs below:
- TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) – offers an array of services designed to make your college career a success. From an assigned TRIO SSS Advisor who is dedicated to your success to supplemental tutoring and success workshops, participation in TRIO will help you to make the most of your college education.
- TRIO SSS, English as a Second Language – offers an array of services designed to make your college career a success. From an assigned TRIO SSS-ESL Advisor who is dedicated to your success to supplemental tutoring and success workshops, participation in TRIO will help you to make the most of your college education.
- Transfer Success Program – designed to assist students with academic, career, and transfer planning. TSP participants are assigned an advisor and who will work with you as you navigate your way toward graduation from CCA and transfer to a four-year institution.
- Brother to Brother (B2B) – a scholar’s enrichment program for male students at CCA. The program is intended to inform, inspire, connect, and empower male students to achieve by helping them develop a compass for success in life, school, and career to one day earn a college degree.
