ABOUT THE DSF VIRTUAL GALA 2020

With the health and safety of our community as our top priority, Denver Scholarship Foundation (DSF) is excited to embrace a virtual format for our Annual Gala 2020. As our largest fundraising event of the year, we’re making the most of this new opportunity to expand one night of celebration into DSF Spirit Week.

Beginning on Monday, October 5, DSF Spirit Week will offer opportunities to participate in short activities and experiences to learn more about DSF’s three-part program while spotlighting the DSF Scholar and Alumni voices that serve as the heartbeat of our work. Our Spirit Week celebration will culminate on Thursday, October 8 with DSF Virtual Gala 2020: Celebrating with Spirit, a special evening event to honor stories, thrive through transitions, and support our students from the comfort of your home.

In an uncertain world, we know that a college degree or certificate paves the way to a brighter future for our students and their families. Now, more than ever, we need your support to help our Scholars keep their momentum on their college journeys. Together, we make college possible.

PROCEEDS FROM THE DSF VIRTUAL GALA WILL MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR THOUSANDS OF DENVER PUBLIC SCHOOLS (DPS) GRADUATES TO COMPLETE A CERTIFICATE OR DEGREE.

DSF collaborates with donors, supporters, educators, families, community colleges, universities, and technical colleges to build partnerships that drive resources and talent to support students on their way to the commencement stage at college graduation.
